1. Sinply amazing!
These are the BEST heels I have ever owned. I have purchased 3 pairs so far, all in black, and will probably buy another 1 or 2 pairs when they come back in stock in my size. They are sleek, professional, a good heel height, and most of all, COMFORTABLE! I don't like the little Rockport button on the heel, but otherwise they are the perfect nondescript, uniform-compliant work shoe.
I'm a flight attendant and usually work 13-14 hour days. I can keep these on all day and not have any pain at all. The padding has started to wear a little bit on my first pair after wearing them for 6-8 weeks. They still look good and are still comfortable, just not as much as at first. The sizing is mostly true to size. My first pair has stretched out a little and is a little too big now. I bought a 1/2 size down for my 2nd pair, and they are very tight on the right toes but I believe they will stretch out in a few wears as well.
Overall, couldn't be happier with this as a work shoe...
2. Great shoes!
They are really comfortable even after 10 hours of walking (I'm a flight attendant), beautiful and still look good after 3 months of everyday usage.

Perfect pumps
I had been shopping online a LOT to find black pumps that were classy, high quality, and fit well. These are literally the perfect pumps for work: they are super comfortable with the Adiprene padding, are the perfect heel-height for work and for walking easily, and are very attractive (I got the black calfskin -- very supply and glossy). I can't speak to durability as I've only had mine for a couple of weeks but they seem to be very well made. As far as sizing - if you are between sizes I would size down. I am usually an 8 or an 8 1/2; I got these in an 8 and they fit perfectly.
